Wellcare Homes Supported Living Services provides a resource for adults aged between 18-65 years who have been diagnosed with special needs . We welcome adults from diverse religious, cultural, ethnic backgrounds. We pride ourselves in offering a responsive therapeutic environment that enables growth and development.

We recognise the importance of working in partnership with social workers, families, and therapeutic services to assist the individuals placed in our care to reach their full potential as we believe that this will assist the individuals placed in our care in developing skills and knowledge in preparation for moving into independence.
